Phoseon is currently searching for a Production Assembly Technician (Day Shift) to join our team. We are seeking someone who loves working with their hands to work at our corporate headquarters in Hillsboro (near Evergreen & Cornelius Pass). Our company is the world leader in clean energy UV LED curing solutions for industrial applications. Phoseon’s products enable faster, cleaner, and more efficient processes for UV curing of adhesives, inks, and coatings and have many applications including many life sciences and technology related industries.
In This Job You Will:
Assemble small to medium, sophisticated electro-mechanical systems by using torque drivers and other hand tools
Use fixtures for alignment and installation of components
Load firmware onto circuit boards
Follow quality and safety procedures
Read, understand, and follow written procedures and schematics/blueprints
Clearly record all required process documentation
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
Good mechanical aptitude/manual dexterity with precision small parts
HS Diploma or GED preferred but not required
Previous electronic assembly experience a plus!
Soldering Experience is beneficial
Proficient skills in MS Word & MS Excel
Organized with strong attention to detail
Positive attitude towards work, motivated team player
Ability to stay focused in a rapidly changing environment
Good written and verbal communication skills
Reliable, on time attendance
The ability to lift and transport up to 25 pounds
Working Hours/Conditions:
Work safely in a dynamic Class 10,000 clean room production environment building sophisticated small to medium builds of same or similar electronic products. Employees working in the cleanroom are required to wear appropriate protective clothing – ESD gown, gloves, hairnet and UV safety glasses. There is some exposure to Ultra-Violet light, ESD, Isopropyl alcohol, adhesives odors present, with ear protection required in some areas.
Monday – Friday, shift will be discussed in interview, with occasional overtime as business requires.

A competitive salary starting between $18 – $26 per hour base (or DOE), commensurate with experience.
