We work with the best software’s in the trades industry, like Procore, Dropbox, Asana, Quickbooks, simPRO and SharePoint, Office 365 etc.We are originally from Australia, we are fiercely independent & bootstrapped NOT VC Funded. We are a solid business that our team and customers can rely on. We are a stable and established company that looks after our staff, we hire slowly and fire slower still. This is A TRUE Remote / Work from Home position. We are a Global Remote company and have been remote working long before it was made popular by COVID. We have staff dispersed across 4 countries and 15 cities. We pride ourselves on running a very flat organization, with a friendly easy-going culture.Primary Responsibilities: Lead Sales Remotely for entire North America, Canada and Mexico from a single location.Be the face and voice of SyncEzy USA, our first US Sales representative. Single Point of contact for all North America inquiries.Follow-up on leads and emails from clients immediately over the phone, email and Via the CRM.Connect with prospective clients through multiple channels (email, LinkedIn, sms, phone…) and set demo appointments and walk them through the software.Manage and support the sales process from inquiry through the closure of saleTrack sales activities in Zoho CRM & the Ticketing system Zoho Desk.Additional Responsibilities: Attend Construction Trade and Industry conferences and networking events in person and/or virtually ( 2 – 3 events / tradeshows a year)Identify potential software resales partners and channelsCollaborate with marketing and the exec team to provide feedback on messaging, positioning, and other field insights to improve demo and presentations.This role will also suit an IT Savvy Ex Tradesperson / Construction/ ex-Military / Veterans / On the Tools type of person who is looking to get off the tools and transition into IT / Sales / Relationship Management / Account Executive.Perfection / Pedigree / Ivy league not required. Honesty, integrity, and a positive, can-do attitude to help our clients is required.RequirementsSelf-Motivated and able to work independently with little supervision.2+ years experience in a B2B focused Sales role.Experience and understanding of selling SaaS subscriptions/software.Experience doing Product Demos and sales call via remote meetings/ Zoom / Google Hangouts / MS Teams.Understanding of Construction, Trade Services businesses and any experience with Trade software like Procore, simPRO, ESub, TSheets, construction/project management software would be a massive advantage.Tech Savvy and well conversant with all the latest in Office 365, SharePoint, GDrive, Dropbox etc.Construction or Trade project management experience would be advantageous.Note* All Client meetings to be in a Company T-shirts / Hoodie , *Rest of the time no Dress Code, wear sandals all day. Pants optional ;)** Will require significant evenings 6 – 9 pm work in the first three months for training to provide overlap with Australia based head office TimeZone. Once you are fully trained and can operate independently timings would be flexible as per client requirements and your personal circumstances.BenefitsA fixed permanent salary as per Experience and RoleWe do not offer commissions, you will be paid a fixed salary like all our other staff.
