Job Description : FULL TIME – Driver in West Portland Needed with Excellent Pay Incentive ($50,000 – $68,500) and sign on Bonus ($500-$1,000)FedEx Ground Contractor has an immediate need for professional delivery drivers in the Beaverton and Hillsboro areas. If you are highly motivated and enthusiastic, then there is a HIGH earning potential here for you. This position is a rapid paced physical job dealing with packages of various sizes and weights. We pick up and deliver packages on time regardless of the weather or traffic, all the while meeting the delivery expectations of our customers with a smile.Description of Duties and Responsibilities: · Driver of company owned vehicles.· Loading and unloading vehicles as required.· Validate accuracy of deliveries and pickups.· Making deliveries in an expedited manner to specific departments, offices or persons as assigned.· Serve customers by understanding and following instructions, displaying a professional, energetic and courteous attitude; maintain a neat appearance.· Maintain precise daily records.· Operating vehicle in a safe and respectable manner all the while maintaining proper vehicle maintenance and reporting.· Ongoing telephone or radio contact with dispatch and operations as required.· Obtain appropriate signature on receipts for pick up or delivery as required.· Daily interaction with dispatch, operations, and customer support on a daily basis regarding service orders, quality, and issues of customer satisfaction.Requirements: · At least 21 years of age.· Minimum 1-year experience operating a comparable category of vehicle· Good driving record.
