Job Description : Job descriptionTitle: IT Support SpecialistReports to: CFOFTE: Full-TimeSalary: Up to $30/ Hourly DOEBMP & Associates is looking to hire a highly capable IT Support Specialist for one of our clients. This is a full-time role with great pay and benefits! In this role, your duties will include ensuring optimal use of our hardware and software technologies, enhancing system performance, and securing data. ***MUST be local in Salem, OR. This is an in-office role.***Duties & Responsibilities: 1. Deliver technology solutions while remaining 100% confidential.Consulting with internal departments and external IT support as required.60% of position will be related to IT needs for 150 employees including, but not limited to managing:· Office computers· 1 Server (QuickBooks and file server)· iPads managed with MAS 360· Cellphones· 2 Cloud-based softwares· Basic office machines· Wi-Fi network· Comcast phone system VOIP· Manage hunt groups, call forwarding for on-call staff.· Setup new users with hardware, log ins, and other items as needed· Setup conference room for company meetings or training for Zoom and in person.· Monitoring hardware, software, and system performance.· Updating computer software, as well as upgrading hardware and systems.· Maintaining databases and ensuring system security.Remaining 40% of position will be related to business performance, dashboards, analytics, and spreadsheets· Wi-Fi Network· Monitoring and user setting for safeguardsJob Requirements: 3-5 years of experience as an IT Support SpecialistExceptional ability to provide technical support and resolve queriesIn-depth knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networksAbility to determine IT needs and train end-usersExperience in documenting processes and monitoring performance metricsAdvanced knowledge of database maintenance and system securityAbility to keep up with technical innovation and trends in IT supportExceptional interpersonal and communication skillsCompany BenefitsMedical, Dental &Vision Coverage401K with company match6 Paid HolidaysPaid Time Off including 2 bonus daysCareer Growth & TrainingContinuing EducationJob Type: Full-timePay: Up to $34/hourJob Type: Full-timePay: $70,000.00 – $80,000.00 per yearBenefits:401(k)401(k) matchingDental insuranceHealth insurancePaid time offVision insuranceSchedule:8 hour shiftMonday to FridayEducation:High school or equivalent (Preferred)Experience:IT Support: 3 years (Preferred)Work Location: One location
