The Office Manager must be able to work independently and enjoy the administrative challenges of supporting senior leadership and field office management. The Office Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the office including answering phone and emails, manage financial tasks such as client invoicing, deposits and bill pay in collaboration with offsite Accountant, A/R & A/P entry via QuickBooks, project billing including change order creation and management.
