Job Description
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Enthusiastic self-starter that enjoys precision work in a fast paced environment
Rotates easily from task assignment to task assignment
Raw material preparation and staging (start to finish caramel production!)
Quality inspection of product
Packaging
Job Requirements
A positive attitude and cheerful disposition
Dependable with an excellent work ethic
Can thrive in a fast paced, growing, changing environment
Ability to organize and prioritize to meet established deadlines
Ability to lift minimum of 30 pounds
Ability to work independently and as a team member
Ability to follow instructions, written, and oral
Strong attention to detail is critical
Willingly accepts feedback and applies learnings
Basic math skills required, strong math skills a plus
Shift Hours
Part-time Monday – Friday between 6:00 a.m. to10:00 p.m. (shift negotiable)
Job Type: Part-time, non-exempt
Pay Rate: $17.00 to $17.50 per hour plus Monthly Bonus
