WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
We are searching for a Consumer Experience obsessed Leader who will own and drive the development, execution and alignment for in-store services and experiences in Nike Direct retail stores.
This role will work cross functional to elevate the Nike store fleet across all concepts in APLA with store services and experience which create a distinctive Nike experience for consumers.
We are seeking a great teammate who is collaborative, innovative, and consumer obsessed.
WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON
You will facilitate the execution of the global service and experience vision and key strategies with geography and city teams. You will drive innovation in services and experiences to serve Nike consumer by working cross functionally with the broad Nike Direct team. You will develop a clear Test & Learn plan through consumer insights, short term pilot executions, and key value drops. Track and measure key metrics from test & learn opportunities. You will scale services and experiences across the fleet. You will tier the services offerings to align with the marketplace concept construct and allow the store to serve more consumers across the marketplace. You will lead the cross functional alignment that brings internal team members/leaders together regularly and at the right moments.
WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH
This role reports to the Nike Direct Stores Concepts Leader in APLA. This role will drive a cross-functional offense across the geography to create, facilitate and implement store experiences in partnership with Marketing, Merchandising, Operations, Retail Design, and other functions to bring industry leading services and experiences to life for Nike Direct.

WHAT YOU BRING
Minimum requirements: Bachelor’s Degree in business, finance, or related field and a minimum of 6 years relevant experience (or equivalent experience)
In-depth experience in retail service and operations
Cross-functional team leadership and influencing skills (leading through influence)
Structured project skills and the ability to adapt to change
Problem solving skills (identification, scenario development, action)
Financial management and brand/business impact measurement experience
Ability to Travel: ~25% as needed
