Job Description : Join our sales team! Fitzpatrick Painting and Construction, Oregon’s premier painting and construction contractor, is looking for a qualified salesperson to join our rockstar sales team.This job will require regular travel up and down the I-5 between Portland and Eugene with occasional travel to the coast or central Oregon.BenefitsBase + Commission pay structure with* projected earnings of 100k+* in your first full year.Flexible schedule.You are not considered an independent sales contractor, so no 1099 involved. Our sales representatives are employed by Fitzpatrick directly.Insurance including medical, dental, vision and life insurance.Company vehicle and credit line included.Paid leave including holidays, vacation time and sick leave.Retirement – 401(k) matching program.Unparalleled company culture – regular recognition for meeting sales goals and training throughout the year to support you and increase your bottom line.Job DutiesMeet with potential customers to develop rapport and provide a written bid for their projects.Work closely with the Sales Manager to identify sales goals and opportunities for growth.Input sales metrics and customer information into CRM.Meet sales goals and close rates.Post-sale, process paperwork (notes, pictures/video walk-through of project, info and bid) and funnel information to Project Coordinator.Develop and follow up on prospecting lists/activities.Attend home shows and events – weekend hours may be required 1-2 weekends out of the month.Attend and contribute to team meetings – sales team meetings, office staff meetings and all staff meetings.SkillsAbility to sell and become a client advocate – help clients to find the best solution that Fitzpatrick Painting & Construction can provide for their project.Clear written and verbal communication.Active listening and interpersonal skills.Competitive, self-driven, problem solver.Willingness to be a team player and hold company culture as overall highest value.Strong follow-up and organizational skills – includes being timely for all meetings/estimates and communicating effectively with team and clients.Always learning, adjusting, measuring success and growing.A criminal background check and valid driver’s license will be required. Employee drug screening is required at random and may be required pre-employment.Job Type: Full-timePay: Expected $100,000+ in your first full year of employment (base plus commission structure)Experience: 3 years sales exp (preferred) *willing to train the right candidateWork Location: Albany office with travel throughout the Willamette Valley using company vehicleJob Type: Full-timePay: $75,000.00 – $100,000.00 per year
