What You’ll Do:
Our Youth Home needs a leader like you! As a Youth Home Manager, you will be responsible for training and coaching your home’s direct care staff as you provide oversight and supervision of Youth Dynamics Therapeutic Group Home Services. Your team will carry out supervised therapeutic services for youth with behavioral and emotional challenges to empower them to reach their potential. Each day you will face new challenges, have moments that you can’t help but laugh at, and form meaningful relationships with your teams and the kids we serve.

Salary depending on experience with the ability to earn a 5% increase each year.

Key Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in social work, psychology, education, guidance, human services, or a similar discipline compatible with Youth Dynamics programs is desired. Relevant work experience may be considered in place of education, under special consideration.
Two-years’ experience working with youth facing mental health challenges and demonstrated quality work ethics and performance at previous jobs.
One year of supervisory experience is required, preferably in a social service agency, group home, or residential care facility.
The ability to use your own vehicle for local travel in the event a company vehicle is not available.
