We are seeking a Marketing Manager who will act as the team lead for the advertising activities supporting our retail clients in assigned markets. You will collaborate with peers and teammates to ensure activities are on strategy and on brand. Reporting to the Director of Marketing, you will develop, execute and track strategic marketing and media plans for designated markets.

Your talents:

Manage advertising and media activities for designated markets
Target key demographics and develop media campaigns
Identify key opportunities and events that align with target audience
Develop media plans that best fit clients’ needs
Negotiate ad space and airtime rates with vendors
Create and place ad schedules and adjust when appropriate
Collect and analyze market data
Ensure ad quality and placement are aligned with campaign objectives
Track ad money spent and return on investment
Travel to markets to meet with partners and gain deeper understanding of business and opportunities
Stay abreast of media and marketing activities and trends
Work with departments across the organization
Work both independently and as a member of a team

Required skills:

Minimum 3 years’ experience with broadcast and digital advertising
Superior negotiation and communication skills
Strong background using media analytics tools
Ability to multitask and organize multiple projects
Excellent attention to detail
Strong critical-thinking and problem-solving skills
Project management and planning
Proven ability to think strategically and execute a multifaceted plan
Exceptional written and verbal communication
Proven ability to build authentic relationships with ease
Resourceful, action- and detail-oriented, with a high ownership to deliver measurable impact
Excellent research skills
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Advertising or similar field
