The NIKE, Inc. Supply Chain team is the engine that propels product around the world. To ensure this complex job goes off without a hitch, Supply Chain teams work with a network of more than 50 distribution centers, thousands of accounts, and more than 100,000 retail stores worldwide — making the impossible happen every single day.
NIKE, Inc. Beaverton, OR. Develop and implement supply chain designs, models, strategies and/or processes. Measure supply chain performance and use this information to enhance business results. Identify and recommend opportunities for improving efficiency/effectiveness of the supply chain and/or develop/innovate new capabilities within the supply chain. Determine how new information technologies can support reengineering business processes and/or new capabilities. Assess the impact of Inbound Operations capabilities on NIKE’s Fulfillment function globally and locally. Demonstrate subject matter expertise (IB Operations) and connect with subject matter experts to facilitate insights and best practices globally. Develop the cross-functional and cross-geo relationships required to ensure effective and efficient process and program execution. Ensure collaboration to coordinate plans and drive business results, process excellence and capability development. Collaborate with functional, cross-functional and technical partners to develop realistic implementation/project plans. Collaborate across the matrix to design NIKE’s future inbound operations requirements and to determine the system, process and operating model shifts required to operationalize. Participate in SAP system deployment and testing across different Geo’s & Territories. Manage budgets associated with system enhancements, support, or implementation as part of the SEC project. Lead, own, and participate in projects and programs that support the overall supply chain strategy.
Applicant must have a Master’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or Global Logistics and two (2) years of experience in the job offered or related occupation. Experience must include the following:
