Job Description : Summary: Our client is an Automotive supplier located in Plymouth. They are currently in a growth mode and looking to add a Logistics Clerk to help with increased demand.Responsibilities: · Organize and manage the data entry of good receiving in SAP· Research and resolve invoice discrepancies and issues· Maintain and update company vendor files· Maintaining a professional appearance as a company representative, demonstrating sound judgment and conduct· Manage documents like Bill Of Lading and invoices· Be a strong interface between Purchasing Dept. and Shipping & Receiving DeptQualifications: · SAP knowledge is a must· 1-2 years accounts payable or general accounting experience· Must have ability to prioritize tasks and manage time appropriately and more dependable than spontaneous.· Strong computer skills including Microsoft ExcelINDHIGHJob Type: Full-timePay: $17.00 – $21.00 per hourBenefits:401(k)Dental insuranceHealth insurancePaid time offVision insuranceSchedule:8 hour shiftMonday to FridayWork Location: One location
