Job Description : As a member of our Front Desk Sales Associate team, you would be responsible for helping us grow membership sales and creating great guest relations. We have a tremendous team of gifted massage therapists, estheticians and caring sales associate staff – all of who have created a welcoming, caring environment that our guests can feel from the moment they walk through our doors.SCHEDULEevenings, Sundays (required), days, flexibleRESPONSIBILITIES: SalesMeet goals for membership salesEffectively promote and sell retail productsDrive seasonal promotionsGuest SchedulingHave a friendly, welcoming phone presenceBe extremely detail-oriented to efficiently book appointmentsBe able to prioritize and multi-task to manage high-volume callsMaintain thorough and accurate client notesGuest RelationsHave a genuine interest in getting to know clientsBe able to converse with and connect to clients of different ages and backgroundsEnsure clients are cared for, from the minute they walk through the door to the time that they leave the centerTeamworkWork effectively and positively with massage therapist and esthetician teamsCenter Operations & CleanlinessIt is really important that we maintain an organized and clean environment for our guests and our team.
