Job Description : Job Description: Duties include a wide variety of routine maintenance tasks such as painting, sweeping, raking, picking up trash, mowing lawns, weed whacking etc. Must be able to follow instructions (written and verbal), be a cooperative team player, work independently as well as part of a team.

Must be flexible and willing to work weekends evenings and holidays; able to multi-task, good oral and written communication skills are necessary, be a cooperative team player and able to work independently when needed.
