Must have hospitality and housekeeping experience with a willingness to be flexible with hours related to the business. Must have own transportation.Housekeeper responsibilities include:Performing a variety of cleaning activities such as room turnovers, refreshes, general cleaning and laundry. Ensuring that all rooms are cared for and inspected according to standards. Honesty, integrity and attention to detail with a positive attitude a must.This is a non-smoking environment.References and background check prior to employment are required.The goal is to create a clean and orderly environment for our guests that will become a critical factor in maintaining and strengthening our reputation.Please reply to this job posting with a resume only. Applicants who apply in person will not be considered for the position.Applicants will be interviewed by appointment only.Working phone number is required.This ad is active until no longer here.Job Type: Full timeSalary: $20-$22 per hour plus tipsHousekeeping Responsibilities and Duties:Clean bathtub, toilet, sink, walls, mirrors, tiles, counters, and floor surfaces using cloths, mops, sponges, brushes, and/or cleaning agents by extending arms over head, bending and stooping. Adhere to cleaning procedures and instructions for use of cleaning agents. Strip and make beds, changing bed linens, which may require lifting mattresses weighing a maximum of 50 lbs. Dust all furniture, pictures, drawers, window ledges, and shelves thoroughly. Push and pull vacuum throughout entire room and empty trash. Replenish amenities, linens, and supplies in guest rooms Visually inspect room for cleanliness and appearance and signify completion for room. Anticipate and address guest’s service needs. Comply with attendance rules and be available to work on a regular basis. Keep work area clean and organized at all times. Perform any other job-related duties as assigned.Qualifications and Skills:Demonstrate organizational skills and strong attention to detail. Able to work well independently with little supervision. Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Must be willing to work outside in the elements year-round. Must be willing to “pitch-in” and help co- workers with their job duties and be a team player.
