Job Description : Our Practice Support Center in Southfield, MI is hiring for a Patient Services Representative!Qualified candidates must have prior experience in a call center environment. Call resolution must be a strong trait. The Patient Services Representative performs day-to-day administrative operations of the call center including: auditing patient accounts and medical records to identify and determine amount and nature of billable services fees, reimbursements, and denial; placement of outbound calls, monitoring of voicemail, recordkeeping, and file maintenance.This position is based in the GEDC Practice Support Center in Southfield, MI, and will require a daily commute and presence in the office.
