Job Description : Full Time – Day Shift – Overtime Available – Starting wage $18 and up D.O.E. – 2+ years’ experience preferredWorking as an intricate part of our Paint team you will help to prep and powder coat machines, manufactured parts, or surfaces with both protective and decorative materials; paint, enamel, glaze, gel-coat, or lacquer.Duties and ResponsibilitiesPrep product as needed.Selects powder according to company color scheme and specifications.Preps and loads powder.Loads equipment or racks of parts into the powder coating room.Adjusts sprayer valves and nozzle to regulate width and pressure of spray according to knowledge of powder coating technique.Sprays surfaces using the proper surface finishing techniques.Loads equipment or racks of parts into the oven.Job Type: Full-timePay: $18.00 – $24.00 per hourBenefits:401(k)401(k) matchingDental insuranceEmployee assistance programFlexible spending accountHealth insurancePaid time offVision insuranceSchedule:8 hour shiftMonday to FridayOvertimeWork Location: One location
