This 40-hour per week, exempt, hybrid position will work primarily from home, and on-site in Portland as needed. We are seeking an experienced, flexible, tech-savvy professional to join a team that values open communication, creativity, and teamwork.The Project Management Specialist will use their relationship-building, organizational and technical skills to successfully deliver projects on time while working with a variety of stakeholders. This position is responsible for coordination and successful execution of marketing projects and some clinic-wide non-marketing projects that advance our care, our quality, and our brand.The Project Management Specialist uses their project management experience to plan, coordinate, and complete print, digital and other marketing, and communications deliverables. Once the Project Management Specialist is fully trained, they will coordinate select clinic-wide (non-marketing) projects in addition to marketing projects.Responsibilities include: Plans and coordinates projects from initiation and planning through execution and closure including assigning responsibilities, project team coordination, leading project meetings, timelines, problem resolution, and deliverables.Creates and/or maintains calendars and other project management tools/software that facilitate effective communication and project execution.Works with stakeholders to build trust and credibility, understand their concerns, and help them understand project requirements and limitations. Effectively engages team dynamics to foster team cohesion and ensure shared accountability.Organizing all elements of each project and ensuring deliverables are highest quality and meet expectations including deadlines.We want to work with you if you: Are creative, flexible, and driven in successfully accomplishing projects.Work with stakeholders to build trust and credibility, understand their concerns, and help them understand project requirements and limitations.Have a strong ability to manage multiple competing objectives, to prioritize, and to communicate complex information in clear terms to leaders and project teams.Effectively understand team dynamics, are comfortable with ambiguity and evolving projects.Have marketing, communications and/or print production experience.Enjoy problem solving, being a trusted resource and owning projects.Are personable and dedicated to exceptional customer service.Are motivated, organized, very detail oriented and strong at multi-taskingAre tech-savvy and facile with new software.
