As a Site Inspector you will provide accurate and timely data and photographs to support our environmental report process. This position allows you to accept the work you want, when and where you want it. We’re a great team to work with and value the ongoing partnership and professionalism of our Site Inspector Network!Duties of a Site Inspector include but are not limited to:Travel to site location is requiredProperty Owner/Tenant InterviewsVisibly inspect interior and exterior of structure and include written and photographic documentation of findingsPhysically walk property to confirm property boundaries and physical ability to to walk upstairs, and bend down to look at and record an observationUpload written and photographic findings via mobile appSkills and Experience:Must possess an active driver’s license with the ability to drive up to 120 miles, if necessary, to a job siteMust have access to a mobile device (phone or tablet – Apple or Android) with ability to take pictures and download app for project workMust be able to work independentlyMust possess strong attention to detailMust possess excellent written and verbal communication skillsMust be highly organized and dependableTechnologically competentMust be able to complete projects in a timely manner with strict adherence to Company guidelinesAdditional Information:Our base pay is $150 per project within your immediate area. If the site is large, complex, farther away, or we need a rush, we increase base pay appropriately.
