Job Description : We are a medical and recreational cannabis company (soon to be Recreational as well) that serves patients throughout the state. We have a grow and manufacturing facility in the Bozeman area. We are looking for a hard working, honest, and dependable full-time employee to help with Trimming, Packaging, and edibles production. The work schedule would be Mon-Fri with the occasional Sat, approximately 35-40 hours per week. Pay starts at $13 per hour with opportunities for advancement based on merit. If you are looking to build a career in the cannabis space, this is a great entry position as you will see a lot of different sides of the business.- Good hand eye skills for trimming and packaging, ability to listen and follow instruction, excellent team member and communicator!-Cleaning and assisting with maintenance projects, trimming and packaging flower, assisting in large scale edibles production, and helping out in the grow with tasks like watering and manicuring the plants as needed. Please note this can be strenuous work and you will spend full days working on your feet and will need to be able to lift up to 30lbs on a regular basis.- Must have good hygiene to protect the grow and products from microbials and bacteria.- Key attributes for success: ability to show up for work consistently and on time, excellent communication skills and ability to listen and follow instructions, honestly and integrity, desire to learn how a successful cannabis company works, hard worker. We need a self-starter who can follow directions, work hard and fast and do things right the first time.-Driver’s license is a requirement- If you have a felony, the state of Montana does not allow you to work in the cannabis space, so unfortunately please do not apply.Please respond with resume to our email.
