Position : Vacation Rental Property Manager
Job Description : Tetherow Resort has an immediate opening for a full-time Vacation Rental Property Manager.

What you’ll do…
Support Guest Services management/leadership and Realtors to ensure smooth transition from sale of vacation rental property to the securing of the management contract
Collaborate with Housekeeping, Maintenance, Landscaping, Marketing, and Finance to achieve efficiency in operations, and successful results for owners, guests, and Tetherow Management
Work with the Project Manager to coordinate set-up of new vacation homes, including completion, closing and installation of all furnishings and housewares
Perform regular inspections of properties to ensure interior and exterior meet quality standards required by Tetherow Management
In conjunction with approvals by leadership, assist Maintenance with VRD decor, placement, and aesthetics in line with property standards
Complete an annual evaluation in conjunction with resort leadership on each designated property, identifying strengths and weaknesses, and communicating results to management/ leadership
Suggest potential unit improvements or upgrade ideas to leadership and owners as appropriate
Work with project manager to negotiate with vendors and contractors for warranty issues
Support Marketing in maintaining accuracy of any changes to a unit by clearly communicating or adding vacation rental unit information to website and online booking platforms (Airbnb and VRBO)
Update vacation rental information for Hospitality Team (reservations and front desk staff)
Maintain updated inventory for each vacation home and communicate any guest or owner charges accordingly
Support the Finance team to ensure proper recordkeeping, billing for services, revenue sharing, etc.
Handle third party communication and coordinate for invoicing as needed. Monitor and confirm the accuracy of vacation rental related spending
Code invoices and collate all owner related costs (including from-attic stock, general maintenance, hot tubs, etc.) to submit to Finance to charge owners each month
Review all guest-related costs to see if they are covered by damage insurance, and submit insurance claim
