Job Description : Accounts PayableReports To: Corporate ControllerEmployment: Part-Time or Full-TimeJob Description: The accounts payable clerk is responsible for paying and entering all invoices plus reaching out to suppliers to resolve payment issues.Responsibilities Include: Processes payables into accounting system.Communicates with vendors regarding status of payables and open issues.Monitor accounts to ensure payments are up to dateMaintains 1099.Monthly reconciliation to GL accountsPrepare month end AP journal entriesEnsure and build vendor relationships.Maintain intercompany billings and receivable charges and payment application.Completing check runs.Running aging reports.New vendor setup and management of paperwork such as W-9.Performing credit reference.Following company bill plan.Assisting corporate controller with special projects.Answering the phonesAny tasks deemed appropriate by the corporate controller.Minimum Requirements: 2 Years of accounts payable experience in a manufacturing setting.Conflict Resolution/Problem Solving.Plex experience or similar software system.Great Excel Skills.Strong mathematical and analytical skills.Job Types: Full-time, Part-timeBenefits:401(k)401(k) matchingDental insuranceEmployee discountFlexible scheduleHealth insuranceHealth savings accountLife insurancePaid time offVision insuranceSchedule:Day shiftMonday to FridayApplication Question(s):Please provide your wage requirements.Education:Associate (Preferred)Experience:Accounts Payable: 1 year (Required)Plex: 1 year (Preferred)Work Location: One location
