Job Description : This position provides administrative support to the GM/COO of the Club, keeps their calendar, organizes their emails and files, maintains their “Outstanding Items” list, makes and receives phone calls and emails, schedules meetings, and provides support to other departments as directed. Must have at least 5 years of providing administrative support to an executive, and must be proficient in Microsoft Office. Excellent written and verbal communication as well as exceptional attention to detail and editing skills required.
