Job Description : We are looking for a skilled Bookkeeper in Alberton, MT to maintain our financial records, including purchases, sales, receipts and payments. include working closely with our owner and General Manager to create and analyze financial, process accounts payable and receivable and manage invoices and payments.ResponsibilitiesRecord day to day financial transactions and complete the posting processVerify that transactions are recorded in the correct day book, suppliers ledger, customer ledger and general ledgerBring the books to the trial balance stagePerform partial checks of the posting processEnter data, maintain records and lunch reports and financial statementsProcess accounts receivable/payable and handle payroll in a timely mannerSkillsProven bookkeeping experienceSolid understanding of basic bookkeeping and accounting payable/receivable principlesProven ability to calculate, post and manage accounting figures and financial recordsData entry skills along with a knack for numbersJob Type: Part-timePay: $13.00 – $18.00 per hourPhysical Setting:OfficeSchedule:Day shiftEducation:Associate (Preferred)Experience:Bookkeeping: 2 years (Preferred)Work Location: One location
