We are seeking an innovative and highly motivated Design Operations Manager on a contract basis to join our client’s design operations team for product creation. The candidate will drive the process within our design group and interface with multiple business partners.
We are looking for someone who isn’t afraid of ambiguity and can think strategically to help the design team prioritize competing requests. You’ll help build structure and offer clarity to our team and partners as we bring creative ideas to fruition.

What you’ll do:
Graphic Design Studio Management
Build studio connectivity by facilitating team meetings, collaboration, communication, and onboarding.
Partner with design director and design ops director on workload management and calendars
Apparel and Footwear Graphic Design Project Management
Drive an intake process with apparel partners multiple calendars(including men, women, and accessories)
Drive an intake process with footwear partners across footwear and packaging graphic needs
Partner with designers to manage projects from brief intake to delivery
Schedule team, leadership, and partner reviews.
Create and maintain “Best in class” tools that drive communication and efficiencies
Legal Connectivity
Drive partnership focused on product reviews of graphic assets and photo approval (apparel and footwear) from early concept stages through final execution on product

The ideal candidate must have:
Strong team player who is committed to collaboration
Self-starter with the ability to manage multiple tasks at a time with great attention to detail
Able to prioritize and carry out responsibilities independently
Resourceful, organized, and passionate about supporting creative teams
Process oriented with an ability to follow through in an ever-changing environment

Education:
Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Hours & Location:
M-F, 40 hours/week. This role will be remote while COVID restrictions are in place. The expectation is to be onsite at our Customer’s Beaverton, OR location once it is deemed safe to do so.
