Job Description : Job descriptionThe Facility Administrator is responsible for the daily operation and maintenance of two residential treatment homes in Beaverton and Tigard.Essential Duties & Responsibilities: Quality Assurance/ImprovementProvides individual supervision with House Managers on a weekly basis. Supervisions with residential counselors can be delegated to House Managers and must be completed at a minimum of once a month.Ensures that the licensed residential facility is in compliance with State, Federal and Local codes, ordinances, rules, and regulations. Manages state licensing requirements and inspections.AdministrativeResponsible for the financial oversight and management of the facility; responsible for supervising House Manager in meeting budget expectations in terms of cost containment.Ensures fire extinguishers, smoke detectors and alarms, and sprinkler systems will be maintained in accordance with Fire Code. Maintains documentation of all testing on site.Ensures that all staff that have contact with residents have criminal records clearance, TB test results, Hepatitis B status within 14 days of employmentEnsures that residential shifts in their oversight are covered by staff. Covers residential shifts as needed.Responsible for each component of the intake process from processing referrals, gathering information and documents to the decision making process. Responsible for screening guidelines as outlined in the OARs.Responsible for creating a comprehensive Residential Treatment Plan within 14 days of new entry in compliance with applicable OAR’s. Residential Treatment Plans will include all treatment area needs and will be developed with clear, measurable objectives and goals.Program LeadershipResponsible for employee retention/recruitment.Provides and maintains documentation of employee trainings of at least 8 hours annually.Utilizes training opportunities and meetings to enhance and support the performance of their staff.House ManagementResponsible for food purchasing. Ensures adequate supplies of staple foods for a minimum of one week and perishable foods for a minimum of two days will be maintained on the premises.Leads scheduled resident and employee meetings. Resident meetings are to be held at a minimum of bi-weekly; employee meetings are monthly. Responsible for obtaining signatures on all meeting notes.Responsible for health and sanitation at facility. Follows up and reviews bi-weekly safety and sanitation checklists.Education/Licenses: QMHA requiredExperience/Qualifications: Two plus years of management experience preferred.
