Job Summary
Under direction supervision, responsible for assisting in general office duties Depends on others for instruction, guidance and direction. Provides clerical and administrative support for varying departments within the Colstrip Power Plant.
Primary Responsibilities
1. Assists in the various departments throughout Colstrip Power Plant with general office and administratve duties. This position may also provide assistance with conference set-ups, and varying other duties as assigned, depending on department assigned.
2. Builds relationships that will facilitate learning and work-relationship experiences.
3. Assists in a variety of topics including building skills in Microsoft Office applications
Basic Qualifications
1. Currently attending the Colstrip High School as a Junior (becoming a Senior the 2022/2023 School Year).
2. Less than 2 years of experience.
3. Must have a cumulative GPA of 2.5, and have good attendance records (transcript required at time of application).
4. Effective verbal and written communication skills.
5. Strong client-service orientation, ability to work well with individuals at all levels of the organization.
Preferred Qualifications
1. Proficiency with MS Office products and computer applications.
