Job Description : We are a small, family-owned, and growing company located in Bozeman, Montana that is dedicated to producing high quality medical cannabis. Come work with us in a positive and rewarding environment. All of our production is indoors. We are looking for hard-working and positive go-getters. Pay is DOE and bonuses are based on performance. This is an amazing opportunity to get experience in this booming cannabis industry working with a company that is committed to using organic practices and producing the highest quality product.Responsibilities include:- working with cannabis plants- pruning- pulling leaves- transplanting- watering- harvest crew- cleaning and upkeep of shop- working well with a great team*This position is physically demanding and requires a person to remain mentally sharp. A typical work week can be 30 – 40 hours and looks like 8:30 – 5:30 Monday – Friday. There is a possibility of a 3-4 hour shift on Sundays.The right person will have opportunity for growth in the company and taking on other responsibilities. Previous experience is great, but we are happy to train the right person with the right attitude.We are located in Bozeman, Montana, a beautiful place to live.
