Job Description : You’re a techie. Software, hardware, networking – you know your stuff. But you’re not keen on sitting in a cubicle all day long! You like a little variety, and you enjoy interacting with people. Talking panicked users through software interfaces and helping them maximize their use of technology is your jam. Especially because you care about your community, and you’d feel great knowing the people you’re helping are doctors, nurses, medical personnel, and a whole bunch of other professionals who are committed to improving the health of Montana’s rural populations.
As a full-time IT Support Tech for One Health, you’ll be part of a close-knit team that ensures technology is accessible to all 194+ staff members across multiple clinic and office sites in southeastern Montana. You’ll troubleshoot technology issues, set up workstations, and monitor for security and threats. To succeed in this role, you must have a solid understanding of Windows-based software, hardware, and networking, as well as a sense of teamwork and good communication skills.
