We’re recognized for interim HR staffing, executive search and recruiting support, leadership coaching and team development, engagement and compensation planning and analysis, and comprehensive HR consulting.

We are excited to announce the search for a Marketing Associate. This position will work with the Business Development Team to tell the HR Collaborative story, raise awareness of our services, generate new business opportunities, and grow our reputation through strategic outreach. You will play a crucial role in creating engaging content to strengthen our brand and drive business results.

In this role, you will:
Own content creation process through developing, designing, preparing, and distributing marketing content to engage and attract current and prospective clients
Facilitate lead generation for the Business Development team by utilizing a variety of research tools and by monitoring media and external-facing channels
Manage our company website, social media, and CRM database to ensure information is accurate and up to date
Plan, coordinate, and promote business development events for our company as well as recommend opportunities from partners and the community
Ensure brand consistency across all platforms
Other duties as assigned

To succeed, you will have:
1-3 years of experience with Marketing and Communications
Degree specializing in Marketing, Communications, Business, Public Relations, Graphic Design, Events, Hospitality, or related field is preferred
Highly proficient with video production, graphic design, social media, and writing
Background in content management system, CRMs, and other marketing and sales platforms
Excellent organization and communication skills
Ability to work collaboratively on a team
Background in Video Production, Video Journalism or Graphic Design is a plus
