Job Description : Busy, fast-paced two attorney law firm seeks experienced personal injury paralegal/legal assistant.Primary duties include docketing court dates and SOLs, drafting and finalizing pleadings, discovery, scheduling depositions/mediations/arbitration, communicating with other law firms, court, and clients, scanning and copying documents, reviewing mail, and correspondence.Qualifications:Detailed knowledge of Oregon State and Federal court rules and procedures.Proficiency with Word, Microsoft Office, Amicus, and OECI.Be able to multi-task.Ability to work independently and under attorney supervision.Must be dependable and good attendance.Excellent phone and communication skills.Individuals must be organized, self-motivated, and a team player.Work RemotelyNoJob Type: Full-timePay: $60,000.00 – $75,000.00 per yearWork Location: One location
