Unit Clerk (Full-Time)
Holladay Park Plaza, a part of Pacific Retirement Services, is a beautiful not-for-profit Continuing Care Retirement Community (CCRC). Located right in the heart of the Lloyd District, our residents enjoy a beautiful homelike atmosphere and have the finest amenities available within their own community. Enjoy the benefits of working in our 51 bed, 5 Star, Skilled Nursing Facility that values patient centered care.
Work Schedule: Monday – Friday ; 9:00am – 5:00pm
The Unit Clerk works as part of our Health Center team and provides a variety of different administrative and support functions:
Supply order/stocking
Monthly billing
Managing the nursing station and phones
Staffing for CNAS and Nurses
Qualifications:
Requires some knowledge of the health care field with a minimum of one (1) year experience in this or a related field.
Requires clerical skills, good phone technique, good word processing skills, and excellent communication skills.
Demonstrates a strong customer service orientation.
Prior staffing experience preferred.
Working knowledge of common medical terminology preferred.
Able to communicate and work effectively with others and function independently with minimal supervision and support.
