Position : Associate Product Owner
Job Description : Responsible for collaborating with the Product Owner to deliver on the digital strategy in key areas of Digital Experience. Assist in the execution of the product vision, prioritization of story cards as part of the overall Agile activities, and track and report out on status of key accomplishments.
Collaborate with project areas to form relationships and confidence in delivering digital strategy.
Ensure the highest quality in member and customer satisfaction for the digital space.
Inform stakeholders on the progress and status of the project.
Manage, prioritize, and assess the impact of defects including providing key input on the decisions to fix or defer.
Collaborate with and support the development team during a sprint.
Provide answers to technical questions from developers, scrum masters or others on the team.
Assist in developing and executing product vision and strategy with the Product Owner, including scrum responsibilities.
Act on behalf of the Product Owner in conflicting meetings, and in preparing status updates and presentations.
Write clear and detailed user stories based on user feedback and project goals.
Initiate and perform user acceptance testing for stories with stakeholders to ensure acceptance criteria is met.
Prioritize and maintain the Agile team backlog, including definition of features, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
” Qualifications ”
Bachelor’s degree required
Five (5) years of experience in the role of a business or digital analyst.
Previous experience working in the healthcare industry is preferred.
Ability to manage multiple projects and coordinate with other teams.
Knowledge of the Internet and mobile technologies and concepts.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to easily adapt to organizational changes or changes in product or technology direction.
Ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently while meeting deadlines.
Ability to represent/reinforce the end user’s perspective throughout the realization cycle.
Advanced oral communication skills.
Department Information
1 year of experience as an Associate Product Owner is preferred
Experience with data a nalysis and problem solving experience preferred
