Job Description : Allan’s Coffee & Tea is currently seeking a rockstar Barista for our Albany location. Perfect candidate would have great customer service and troubleshooting skills, familiar with cafe lingo, and understanding and skill for up-selling. Provide the best quality and customer service to all Beanery customers both internal and external, actively demonstrate the Allan’s Coffee & Tea Mission and Vision in a safe, efficient, and productive manner while maintaining quality and following company policies, procedures, and practices. Assist Beanery Area Manager as directed.

Cross train on all stations.
