Job Description : Customer Service RBM Lumber, a stable value based company, mindful of use of our forest resources is seeking a Customer Service person.We encourage applicants to check out our website and learn more about RBM Lumber.www.rbmlumber.comThis position includes a reasonable amount of physical labor! Must be able to stand all day and lift 50lbs or more!This person would be responsible for:Learning about our products and then assisting customers is choosing the correct products for their projects.Answering multiline phones and assisting customers with inquiries about products.Using a two way radios to communicate with other departments about product availability.Processing payments via cash check and credit card.Sending and receiving business emails.Assist customers in loading their purchases.Pull orders and make them ready for customer pick up.Occasionally assist with production.The ideal candidate will:Be a quick learner and able to conduct business in a manner consistent with RBM’s philosophy.Become passionate about RBM Lumbers products.Possess a high level of proficiency with MS Office and other common business software.Possess excellent customer service skills, both face to face and over the phone.Possess excellent organizational skills.Possess the mechanical ability and math skills in order to understand construction projects.If you wish to be considered for this position please submit your resume through Indeed.
