There are days that we are heads-down building campaigns, dashboards and hitting our heads against the wall getting a conversion pixel to fire! No two days are the same.ABOUT YOUYou are a superior problem solver. You are an excellent writer and you have a couple years of ad experience. You can talk about the campaigns that have worked well on the different ad platforms as well as the campaigns that didn’t work so well.As demand for Pintler Group’s results-driven approach to digital marketing increases, so too does our need to add amazing people. We’re working on two separate software products in-house. One that has generated more than $750,000 in revenue in the last four years and another which is in scrappy startup mode. We’re looking for someone that can build campaigns for clients and for our own Pintler Group growth projects.POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDEPaid Advertising:Managing Google Advertising accounts (Search, Shopping, Display, YouTube) for clients ranging from the Missoula Downtown Association to a California based venture-backed retail startup.Build campaigns, ad-groups and ad experiments to find the top performing (based on conversions and return-on-advertising-spend) for each of our clients.Experience targeting audiences through online channels and building campaigns that convert.Facebook AdvertisingBuilding retargeting audiences in Facebook by collaborating with other marketing lead-generation channels.Campaigns, ad groups, ads: optimizing for each based on client goals.Launch paid social ads (Facebook + Instagram) to achieve client return-on-advertising spend goals.Reporting and Conversion TrackingAssist clients in using Google Tag Manager to build a tracking infrastructure to measure video views, email submissions, purchases and other key performance indicators for their business.Deliver reports to clients in a way that makes sense and can be explained via a Google Data Studio report and a quick slide deck.Audit an existing ad account and analytics account and deliver a detailed summary noting areas for improvement and what’s working well.Nice to HavesExpert in Google Sheets and/or Microsoft Excel to build ad campaigns.Experience in other ad platforms like LinkedIn, Facebook and Spotify.Software We UseGoogle Ads EditorGoogle AnalyticsFacebook Business ManagerGoogle Data StudioTrelloLinkedIn Ads ManagerZapierSuper MetricsSprout SocialPOSITION RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDEBenefits!Medical + Dental401k With Generous Company MatchPaid Time Off (Four Weeks + Holidays)Drum Coffee is within shouting distance of our office.
