Summary
Facilities and Operations (F&O) Maintenance Services is seeking a Program Evaluation Specialist to provide analytical, operational, and administrative support in a complex and fast-paced work environment. Maintenance Services is a department of approximately 300 employees, including region maintenance groups, central trades shops, building automation, a 24/7 call center, and more. This position will report to the Director of Maintenance Services.

Responsibilities*
Support Analysis and Oversight Needs of Maintenance Services and Work Management:
Gather data and conduct research utilizing a variety of internal and external information sources, exercising creativity in problem-solving skills and resourcefulness
Provide support to Director and department managers in evaluating effectiveness of maintenance programs and activities, including those that interface with other F&O units
Track high-cost work orders and facilitate journal entries to capital projects accounts
Support departmental efforts related to financial oversight of Maintenance shops’ transactions
Prepare periodic and ad-hoc reports as requested
Support Departmental Process and Procedures:
Create and update procedures; interpret multiple interpretations of procedures; ensure consistent application across departmental groups
Lead and support process improvement teams as assigned
Review existing procedures and recommend revisions
Serve as liaison for multiple groups in the department and F&O, bringing together various perspectives to evaluate, develop and improve processes
Identify resources, tasks and timelines to complete projects
Recommend changes to improve processes
Help give training related to processes and procedures
Service Level Agreement Support:
Serve as customer liaison for Service Level Agreement (SLA) clients
Provide quarterly cost reports to SLA customers
Update SLAs as requested
Using existing templates, create new SLAs upon request
Support website management:
Work with F&O Information Services colleagues to maintain and update department website
Maintain the Facilities Services service guide on the Facilities & Operations (F&O) website
Additional:
Create and update PowerPoint presentations
Gather annual report information
Lead small project teams as needed in relation to the above-mentioned duties
Required Qualifications*
Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
At least 2 years in a similar role
Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
Ability to interact professionally with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders
Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to function as a liaison with unit managers and their teams
Demonstrated ability to maintain confidential information while using excellent judgement on a variety of sensitive subjects
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, including the handling of multiple projects simultaneously, being able to set priorities, and taking initiative while keeping supervisors and project leads informed
Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other analytical software
Desired Qualifications*
Experience and functional knowledge of Tableau, Crystal Reports, or other similar reporting software
Lean/Continuous Improvement training or knowledge
Demonstrated ability to effectively lead small project and improvement teams
Familiarity with facilities maintenance or related technical field
Work Schedule
40 hours, generally Monday – Friday, 7:00 am – 3:30 pm. May consider flexible scheduling needs and remote work options for this position.
