Job Description : We are currently seeking an SAP Functional Analyst in MichiganThis position is REMOTE (must live in MI)Apply Today! Immediate Need!Summary: The SAP Functional Analyst II will support various business units in the utilization of the SAP module with a strong emphasis on SAP configuration and troubleshooting in Warehouse Management (WM).Benefits Package: Base Salary – $90,000 – $110,000, plus bonusMedical/Dental/Vision401kPaid Vacation and HolidaysShort- and Long-Term DisabilityTuition ReimbursementTraining- 3 months at NGK Headquarters in Wixom, MIDuties and Responsibilities: Leads sub-projects of the SAP applications and operates as an internal consultant and thought leader with the business users.Under general supervision, responsible for directly supporting various business units in their utilization of SAP module.Works with business units to ensure project objectives are well defined, tracked, and completed on schedule.Ensuring the smooth integration and rollout of systems by coordinating closely with the affected functional area.Responsible for quickly resolving and documenting day-to-day issues as they arise.Provide and transfer functional and process knowledge of the latest SAP releases and practices by keeping current on various published materials and training outlets.Assist key business users in creating the functional requirements needed to alter SAP in line with changes in business practices.Responsible for translating the user’s functional specifications into a technical specification on which the new SAP configuration will be based.Provide ongoing training and knowledge transfer to users to enable them to become self-sufficient in the operation and training of the system.Provide support to key users in end-user training and “go-live” support.Ability to travel up to 20%Provide administrative site management as needed, including local management liaison and site-level supervision of staffRequirements and Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree preferred.5+ years of industry experience and/or SAP process knowledge required.3+ years of hands-on experience as a subject matter expert or user with proven capabilities in systems analysis, application design, and configuration.Experience in unit testing, developing/testing application interfaces, and integration testingStrong written and oral communication skillsExcellent organization, planning, and administrationExperience in WM required, MM, PP, QM, and SD beneficialJob Type: Full-timePay: $90,000.00 – $110,000.00 per yearBenefits:401(k) matchingDental insuranceHealth insuranceLife insurancePaid time offSchedule:Monday to FridaySupplemental Pay:Bonus payAbility to commute/relocate:Wixom, MI 48393: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)Education:Bachelor’s (Preferred)Experience:SAP Warehouse Management: 5 years (Preferred)SAP Configuration: 5 years (Preferred)Unit Testing, Developing, Integration Testing: 5 years (Preferred)Work Location: One location
