Position : Administrator of Strategic Growth
Job Description : * 25 hours per week, $18 per hour. Generous commission bonus available – commensurate with experience.Grace House helps empower women to make positive life choices that enable them to maximize their potential. The Administrator of Growth Strategies needs to commit to supporting the mission of Grace House by assisting the Executive Director and Board Fundraising Committee with various assignments in relation to the growth of Grace House. This could include but is not limited to community partnerships, donor relations, branding and marketing, social media, communicating the vision and needs of Grace House, and more.Participation RequirementsAdhere to all program policies and proceduresBe dependable and consistent in meeting time commitmentsCommunicate regularly with program staff, submit activity information, and take constructive feedbackExchanged information in person, in writing, or by telephone or e-mail.QualificationsBe at least 18 years oldPatient and flexible, ability to follow the lead but also able to take leadershipSuccessfully pass background checkExperience in Adobe SuiteHighly driven and able to work well in a self-managed roleSkills/AbilitiesAbility to work with at risk individuals from diverse social, economic, educational, ethnic and cultural backgroundsAbility to comprehend, read and write instructionsAbility to follow safety measures to avoid injury to self and othersMaintain a high-level of confidentialityAbility to multi-task, good organizational skillsSelf-starter, takes initiative to get things done in a timely mannerWork effectively and respectfully as a team memberBackground and/or education in marketingExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to read and assess data and analytics of growthAble to create and execute vision for growth of a nonprofitBasic Job Duties Lead the overall growth of Grace HouseManage social media pages and website contentEngage in various community eventsGrow donor baseGrow effective community partner baseGrow social media platformsManage fundraisers alongside Board Fundraising CommitteeManage budgetary items associated with positionDevelop, maintain, and execute monthly, quarterly, and annual marketing campaignsMaintain consistent and well branded contentManage branding consistencyCoordinate with contributors, sponsors, the public, government, and other external sources to grow Grace House.Job Type: Part-timePay: $18.00 per hourBenefits:Flexible schedulePaid time offSchedule:Monday to FridaySupplemental Pay:Commission payExperience:Marketing: 1 year (Preferred)Work Location: Multiple Locations
