The Global MPO team initiatives forward-thinking work, in close collaboration with geography partners to drive execution, to build the future of Nike’s supply chain.

WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR
Our team is hiring a Global MPO Director for Nike Direct. Come join us! This role serves as the Global supply chain representative in the Nike Stores space and will be the voice of Nike Stores into supply chain.
We are scaling our Nike store footprint, across multiple geographies, and you will be a primary catalyst to support this growth. You will partner with Nike Direct Stores & Services teams as well as the Demand and Supply Management team to define future flow and service requirements for Nike Stores, and align on supply chain strategies and business requirements to intelligently connect and flow inventory that serve the needs of our current and evolving stores concepts in a fast-paced marketplace.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Engage key business partners within Stores/Service and Commerce to ensure all critical business process aspects are considered to develop solutions needed to meet future state consumer & marketplace expectations
Partner across functions to understand key strategic shifts and align strategies & initiatives to develop winning solutions
Engage with analytics and root cause analysis to identify key opportunities within the Nike Direct fulfillment space
Lead development of business requirements for metrics and initiatives with respective business partners as part of a collaborative cross-functional team focusing on supporting NikeDirect’s Stores and omnichannel strategies
Develop/maintain a detailed project plan (scope, resources, timeline, quality, and risk) for initiatives and successfully deliver value in collaboration with cross functional teams and geographies – both defining initiative success criteria and business metrics to measure results and value delivered, and developing appropriate organizational change strategies to ensure successful adoption of new tools and processes
Develop high-impact presentations and tools to communicate initiative plans and value across the organization

WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH
You will lead the Stores MPO Geography network and partner with the MPO COE and Technology teams to support implementation of capabilities that ensure timely execution and value delivery. Partnership with the Nike Direct Stores & Service and MPO Seasonal execution teams will be paramount, to define future state Seasonal Readiness, Read+Respond & Reliability metrics. Close connection with commercial-facing counterparts will be key to adoption and success in the marketplace. You’ll both formally and informally lead a highly cross-functional team, and work across the Nike organization to define and deliver on our Stores Promise.
WHAT YOU BRING TO NIKE
Knowledge of retail processes used for analysis, planning, ordering, replenishment, inventory balancing, inventory flow and performance management
Strong analytical, problem-solving and change management skills
Ability to think strategically and deliver the right level of detail appropriate to the audience – and be forward-thinking to ‘create the future’ of the work
Proven track record of handling ambiguity in a fast-paced work environment
Deliver high quality results on time and within budget
Ability to build positive relationships with peers and senior leadership
Clear and effective written and verbal communication and strong interpersonal skills
Financial acumen – specifically in retail
People management experience, both for management of a direct team as well as extended stakeholders
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics or related subject area or equivalent combination of education and experience
8+ years of experience in Retail Supply Chain, Retail Planning, Retail Logistics, Retail Strategy Consulting or related field
