Job Description : Wild Bill’s Tobacco is the 2nd largest tobacco retailer in the United States. The first store opened in Michigan in 1994 and today there are 150+ locations throughout Michigan, Ohio and Indiana.The Marketing Director will oversee the day-to-day operations of marketing activities for the company.Marketing Director Responsibilities: Overseeing marketing department.Evaluating and developing our marketing strategy and marketing plan.Planning, directing, and coordinating marketing efforts.Communicating the marketing plan.Competitor research.Working with buying department to develop pricing and promotional strategies to maximize profits and market share while balancing customer satisfaction.Developing and managing co-op marketing plans with vendors and buyersDeveloping and managing advertising campaigns.Building brand awarenessCoordinating marketing projects from start to finish.Job Type: Full-timePay: $100,000.00 – $150,000.00 per yearBenefits:401(k)Dental insuranceEmployee discountHealth insuranceLife insurancePaid time offVision insuranceSchedule:8 hour shiftAbility to commute/relocate:Troy, MI 48084: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)Experience:Marketing: 4 years (Preferred)Work Location: One location
