Job Description : Full time medical receptionist for busy Allergy & Immunology group practice in Ann Arbor. General hours are 8:30-5pm Monday through Friday. If you like to smile, interact with people, and have great computer skills, please apply!Responsibilities:Greeting and welcoming patients and visitors in a warm and professional manner both in office and over the phone.Excellent communication skills with patients, as well as physicians and coworkers.Scheduling appointments – fast and accurate keyboardingChecking patients in and out during physician visits.Ability to multi-task and work efficiently in a team settingFiling and and general office dutiesKnowledge of insurance carriers and medical background a plus, but we are also willing to train candidates with a great customer service background.Job Type: Full-timePay: $14.00 – $18.00 per hourBenefits:401(k)401(k) matchingDental insuranceHealth insuranceLife insurancePaid time offVision insuranceSchedule:8 hour shiftMonday to FridayCOVID-19 considerations:Healthcare Facility Guidelines – Masks mandatory, Fully VaccinatedEducation:High school or equivalent (Preferred)Experience:Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)Computer skills: 1 year (Preferred)Work Location: Multiple Locations
