As a Production Operator, you will perform various operations necessary for the production of silicon carbide wafers in a safe and reliable manner, while also meeting production schedules. This position requires high attention to detail and operational discipline as required by the high standards of the electronics industryResponsibilities: Monitor & operate process equipment ensuring quality and conformance to standard operating proceduresInteraction with computer-controlled Process equipmentInteraction with computer-controlled Metrology equipmentHandling and loading raw materialsTroubleshooting processes, tools, and equipmentQualifications: Able to work a 3-2-2 rotating 12-hour shift.Willing and able to work overtime, including holidays, weekends, and on short notice call in as requiredKnowledge and experience with computer systemsAbility to work independently & as a teamExperience in manufacturingExperience with clean room protocolsKnowledge of LEAN manufacturing processes & 5S organizational practicesExperience with production recording software such as SAPExperience with MES (Manufacturing Execution System) or other equivalent Manufacturing Operations softwareExceptional attention to detailEducation: High School DiplomaBenefitsIn addition to your competitive salary, as an SK Siltron CSS employee, you are eligible to participate in our extraordinary benefits package which includes a generous PTO and holiday allowance, comprehensive medical, dental, and vision plans with no employee premium, and an exceptional 401k plan with auto enrollment and employer matching.
