What You’ll Do:
Creates and maintains company status reports and tracking systems.
Build, implement and maintain all systems for transaction coordination, internal communication, information management, central database management and marketing.
Responsible for all financial systems, accounts payable, accounts receivable, the budget and profit and loss statement.
Oversees all contracts through closing and the real estate listing launch.
Creates and maintains the team’s operations manual that documents all systems and standards.
Responsible for hiring, training and coaching members of the operations team.
Implements talent retention and customer retention systems.
Office management, permitting, supply management and maintenance.
Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching sessions, trainings and organization wide growth call.
Provide daily leadership to the operations team as well as the building systems to lead and serve the sales team.
Skills You Have:
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Experience in the real estate sales cycle, transaction process, client management
Tech savvy and quick learner
Basic budget and financial reporting skills
Knowledge of basic office suite software, spreadsheets, and calendaring systems
Excellent time management skills
Flexible work environment

This is an in-office position.
