Honor Credit Union is looking for a Regional Manager to oversee our Southeast Member Center locations.Regional Manager – Southeast Michigan – (Full-Time)SUMMARY: Responsible for leading the overall member experience team within a geographic area by removing barriers and providing support across the different areas of the business; including sales and service, expense and credit controls, community leadership, human resource management and meeting financial and compliance standards.Leads and manages the Member Center Managers and Community Assistant Vice Presidents to drive an exceptional member experience, act with urgency and care, and drive market growth.Maintains a high level of collaboration with our Marketing, Business Services, Real Estate, Lending, and Operations teams.Drives consistent experience and service levels and expectations between physical and virtual channels.Provides key insight and shared responsibility for developing short and long term strategic planning goals.QUALIFICATIONS: COMMITMENTS TO LIVING “I AM HONOR”:Act with Urgency and Care – Be the person “they” call first. Knowledge of and experience in performance management; including coaching, corrective action and succession planning.EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: Five to ten years of similar or related experience, including time spent in preparatory positions.SKILLS/ABILITIES:Good interpersonal and supervisory skills to drive team engagement and build effective teams.Collaborative results driven leader.Creative and self-motivated leader that cultivates innovation.Professional level of written and oral communication skills.Must have demonstrated ability to keep finances in order.Job Type: Full-time
