Job Description : Job Title : Product Manager for Source to Pay
Location : Jaipur, India
Overview:
The Product Management team is responsible for developing the technology vision and roadmap for the Global Procurement organisation. Working with key stakeholders to align on business strategy the team create and deliver end to end user-centric solutions to capture value across the source to pay process.
As part of the S2P Product management team, Candidate should have end to end knowledge of the S2P domain and well versed with platform like SAP, Ariba, Concur etc .The requirement is to hire Product Manager who got prior experience of independently driving of major S2P projects .

Key Responsibilities:
Responsible for leading & delivery of S2P change projects as a Product Manager and improve existing S2P processes & technologies.
Working with key stakeholders and BPO provider manage Master Data Governance process for SAP and SAP-Ariba solutions to ensure timely execution of requests
Monitoring operational and governance activities on a monthly basis with preparing reports, saving them as evidence, following up on violations and/or escalations with DBLA/COOs.
Managing requirements, improving platform, managing stakeholders, UAT testing, project management, etc.
Gathers requirements, defines and documents S2P business processes/procedures using workflow modelling techniques and standardized documentation templates. Map the As-is processes against To-be business process and identify and highlights gaps.
Partner independently with cross-functional teams, execute plans to achieve objectives while assessing and mitigating risks and issues to ensure successful delivery of S2P Projects
Support Product Leads on overall test strategy, scoping user acceptance test (UAT) and service readiness test (SRT) for the Project
Collaborates with Technology teams, SAP Ariba, Strategic Procurement, S2P Ops leads, key stakeholders and systems integration partners throughout the Project lifecycle. Project management support for new country/entity rollouts. Support in Testing of Ariba platform, Concur, approval flow etc
Develop and/or support the development of presentations that deliver succinct/concise recommendations to management team and be able to provide rationale and justifications behind the recommendations. Prepare training materials, executes Key user/ End-user trainings, conduct “train the trainer” sessions taking support from Product Leads wherever needed. Prepare knowledge base for future usage such as contract & invoice audits, VAT recovery, etc.
Work on change management plans, content & frequency of communications with business stakeholders for S2P Projects. Project management support for new country/entity rollouts
Support on Project Go-Live, manage post go-live hyper-care, issue resolution and transition to business as usual
Skills & Qualifications:
5+ years of Product Management and implementation experience with Ariba, Concur etc rollout
Good functional knowledge of Source to Pay processes and ability to identify process requirements/ improvement opportunities and translate them in to Business requirement documents
Good knowledge of out of the box Concur and Ariba capabilities and application of best practices
Passion for working with a high performing organisation. Excellent communication, influencing and presentation skills
Strong team player, able to work in global, virtual teams in a matrix organization. Strong analytical skills. Able to define and understand the most critical issues
Strong business planning, change management, stakeholder management, information sharing and knowledge transfer skills
Fluent in English (written/verbal)
Education | Certification (Recommended):
Bachelor or Masters Degree (or equivalent) from an accredited college or university (or equivalent); Degree in Engineering, Finance or Supply Chain Management
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus
