If so, we may have a great opportunity for you! As a Shipping and Receiving Clerk (M-F, 12:00 PM EST – 9:00 PM EST) you will help facilitate a smooth incoming and outgoing process within our distribution center warehouse.

Here’s what you’ll be doing:

As a Shipping and Receiving Clerk you will coordinate product shipping and receiving by working on existing logistics systems and working side-by-side with all teams within the Supply Chain. A successful logistics associate must be organized, reliable, with a precise attention to detail, have previous experience in Shipping Nationally and Internationally, HAZMAT handling and provide excellent customer service. You will help manage warehousing, distribution, customs regulations and be able to work within a team environment. It will also be important for this candidate to know how our business affects the other business units within Service Express, and how to tailor our processes to better serve them.

Up to $21 per hour!

Job Duties:

Work with multiple carriers and third-party services. Follow up with delays, rerouting and reporting.
Coordinate Freight, LTL arrangements for pickup, delivery, and relocations.
Shipping assistance to the Purchasing team during On Call hours.
Provide outstanding service and support for Service Express’s field engineers.
Collaborate with other departments to integrate logistics with company processes.
Pull and pack orders with specific attention to protecting the parts during shipping
Maintain organization and cleanliness of the warehouse
Receive and verify all incoming freight using Service Express’ inventory system and disburse them to designated storage locations

What we hope you’ll bring:

1-3 years working in Shipping (international prefered)
Superior organizational and communication skills
Fork-Lift or High-Low experience preferred
