Let’s work together!The Partners Group currently has an outstanding opportunity for customer service professional to join the Group Physician Advisory Services (GPAS) team as their Administrative Assistant.How you will have an impact at TPG: The primary role of the GPAS Administrative Assistant is to perform executive and administrative support for members of the team as well as support the GPAS department strategies with various administrative duties.What a typical day in this role looks like: Manage timeline for customer deliverablesPrepare agenda, correspondence, and track agenda items and follow up to commitments assigned for respective client teams as needed.Create complex and high-quality presentations using Microsoft PowerPointPerform various administrative duties for the GPAS team as neededSupport implementation of project plans, including communication and documentationGive support on GPAS clients in providing on-going service, customer care activities, seeking customer input, responding to client service team emails.Help the GPAS respective client-service teams source solutions on client issues where appropriate and see these items through to ensure TPG meets our service commitments in a timely mannerWork with consultants and Account Executives to develop Monthly, Quarterly, and Annual presentations.Familiarize self and become proficient in the use of GPAS project management tool, WorkZoneObserve and participate in the marketing survey process for clients.
