Job Description : Administrative position, office hours from 10am to 4pm. One to two years of experience/or equivalent combination of education and experience. Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat. Effectively prioritize and multi-task. Excellent people skills. Ability to effectively communicate both orally and in writing with peers, tenants, and clients. Dependable & flexible as well as possessing the ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality.Our company manages long term residential and commercial real estate. This team member will assist in oversight for maintenance/repair, janitorial services, landscaping, snow removal and other services. The team member handles tenant correspondence and service requests. As a team member you will be involved with day-to-day operations of the office, properties, along with client and tenant correspondence.Benefits include PTO, Bonus, Fuel Allowance and Retirement.
