DUTIES:
The Admissions Evaluator processes all information required for admission to the institution with the authority to make decisions about enrollment eligibility. Major duties include application processing and transfer credit evaluation. Critical thinking is required to test new processes and audit data. The Admissions Evaluator is often the first impression for the institution, working closely with prospective students and families by email, phone, and during campus visits. This position processes letters and enters large data files into the enrollment management system. All these functions must be performed with attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
High School Diploma
Customer service experience
REQUIRED SKILLS:
Demonstrated written and verbal communication skills
Strong office software aptitude with demonstrated ability to learn new applications
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor’s degree
Experience working in a higher education environment
Experience with Ellucian Banner
